There are three types of materials found on this site.

The first type is free job search tools for job seekers anywhere to use. You’ll know they are tools by the hammer symbol. This material is not copyrighted since it is standard job search advice at the time it was posted. I hope it is helpful and you are welcome to share it. If you are grateful, I would be thankful to you if you include credit for where you found it.

The second type of information is tutorials in blog posts, videos, emails or other content that was developed by the author. You are welcome to use, comment on and apply it at any time. Fair use suggests that if you share the information, you will give credit by including a link to the page where you found it.

The third type of material is provided to members only for which they have paid. Understanding and use of this material is based on the knowledge of practices and experience members gain from interacting with me and others in the courses. You will know if this applies to you if you are given membership log-in credentials. Some of the information in this section is meant for use only by persons who have permission to access it and is not to be distributed beyond this group. Please keep your password private and let us know if you have any problems or questions about the materials or this policy here.

Any claims shared by my clients, colleagues or posters to this site are understood to be true and accurate, but are not verified in any way. Proof will be in your own application of the practices. Please use and share the ideas responsibly.

Always do your own due diligence and use your own judgment when making purchasing decisions or applying what you are learning from this site, blogs, comments, emails and member discussions. The same holds true for the Facebook group which you can find here. Please let us know if you would like to join the discussion with other job seekers.

Concepts, strategies, books and other ideas shared on this website, blog, or in emails from Healing the Ties That Bind Youare ideas that have worked for myself and others. Unless I make a recommendation directly and personally to you, these ideas are not to be construed as specific advice for you. Always use your own good judgment and/or get the advice of professionals to find the right strategies for your particular situation.

The term “heal” as used on this site, blogs, comments, in emails, videos, discussion groups and in our work may refer to an enhanced sense of well-being, or subjectively improving relationships. The word is not intended to refer to the treatment of a medical, mental, physical or psychological problem or disease. While job searches happen in the context of living where other needs may exist, we are focused on job searches and the relationships needed to be successful in landing a position.  If you have or suspect you may have a medical or other problem, you should consult an appropriate health care provider. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have heard or seen with us or our work.
